Welcome to The Momentum Games — Ireland’s ultimate corporate fitness showdown, where strategy meets stamina, and teamwork powers performance.

The Momentum Games brings teams together for an unforgettable experience filled with fast-paced challenges, strategic decision-making, and moments of pure adrenaline. Whether you're here to dominate the leaderboard, build connections, or simply enjoy the day, The Momentum Games delivers an electric atmosphere where every move counts. 

Your support this year will help Dublin Simon sustain homes for men & women in their Long-Term Supported Housing Services, providing support with day-to-day life skills, health & welfare, and education & training.

HOW IT WORKS

1 team. 10 teammates. 5 pairs. 3 machines. 15 minutes of relentless drive.

Each team of 10 splits into five pairs and hits the floor across the ski, rower, and bike stations, working in short, high-intensity bursts to push metres and outperform the competition. Each pair will spend 5 minutes at each station, totalling 15-minutes of competition for each pair.

Real-time leaderboards track every move — with rankings by company and sector lighting up big screens and tablets.

👥 The Format: 10 teammates per crew

Timings: 
2.00pm – 6.30pm Heats                                      
6.30pm – 7.00pm Final

 Step 1: Register Your Team
 Captains, rally your crew and lock in your place.

Step 2: Build Your Lineup
Each team must include at least 2 females and 1 team member aged 50+ —because variety is the spice of sweat!

Step 3: Bring the Fire
Join 720 competitors, across 72 teams, all pushing for the podium.

Dublin Simon Community was established in 1969 by a group of students from Trinity College and UCD who formed our first Soup Run, which operates year-round to this day, providing much needed hot soup and sandwiches to people sleeping rough on the streets of Dublin.

Over the last 55 years our services have expanded to support people at risk of and experiencing homelessness across counties Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan.

We work to prevent and address homelessness by providing a full range of wraparound services including housing, prevention, addiction treatment, emergency response, and other targeted interventions.
