Now all that's left to do is train hard, bring the energy and get ready to take on Ireland's ultimate corporate fitness challenge.

Key Information
Before you arrive on event day, please take a moment to read the key information below.
Before You Compete
Once registered, your team will:
Complete a safety briefing.
Take part in a guided warm-up with the Perpetua coaching team.
Be escorted to the competition arena ready for your heat.
What to Bring
Please remember to bring:
A refillable water bottle.
Comfortable gym clothing and training shoes.
A change of clothes for after your heat.
Please avoid bringing laptops or unnecessary valuables.
Team Requirements
Each team must include:
8 team members
A minimum of 2 female participants
At least 1 team member aged 50+
Before You Arrive
Your team heat time will be issued approximately one week before the event.
Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled heat time.
Your Team Captain must check in at Registration on arrival.
Team Captains will receive your team's official Momentum Games t-shirts, wristbands & team waivers at registration.
All participant waivers must be signed and submitted before your team can enter the competition floor.
Food & Refreshments
Every competitor will receive one complimentary meal and one complimentary drink from Tang.
Our Fuel Bar will be stocked with products from some of our favourite health and wellness brands to keep you and your team energised throughout the Games.
Water refill stations will be available throughout the venue. Please ensure you bring a bottle with you.
